How can i alter the height & width of the desktop picture? - picture of herepes on stomach

I must open platform circle.it vertically.how I do it?

You need to change the image vertically with a photo editor.

Open the image in color, 7 May in Windows you want to change the field size, choose Select All, or drag the area. Click the Change button size, then uncheck the box aspect ratio, and then change the vertical value of 100 to 150 and see how it looks.

Play with him and undo the changes if it does not seem correct.

2 options ...
1. Right-click the desktop properties, desktop, and change the "position" to "stretch" - if not, then note the screen resolution (1024 x 768 or whatever to go), and the next step.

2. Change the picture to fit properly on the desktop - unless your image has the same size as the desktop (or in the same ratio) and then when they stretched, so that distortions occur. You need a graphics editor (like Gimp, Photoshop or PSP). Open to change your image, and change from the first "screen size" to fit your screen resolution office. Then the idiot with your picture to the size and the position you want, and fill in the blank canvas that surrounds a sample of the background image of origin - simple, right?
