Hyundai Elantra Starter I Have A 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT That Wont Start Half Of The Time.?

I have a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT that wont start half of the time.? - hyundai elantra starter

Everthing checks (battery ignition fine starter), but I think it is the sensor for the clutch and ensure that it cut off the ignition. All the lights are on, but not the engine is running. Is it possible to establish / fix the problem?
